Business Development Representative Manager
Gotransverse, the industry leader in enterprise billing solutions, seeks a motivated BDR Manager with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS, preferably within the billing or fintech industries. Experience with Platform-as-a-Service and cloud computing BDR roles will also be considered. This is an opportunity to build a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and innovation.
To be considered for this role, you must be certified in SalesLoft or Outreach and have a HubSpot certification in any sales, CRM, or revenue operations area. Your resume or LinkedIn profile must include links to your current certification. This is not an entry-level position; applicants must have the above certifications to be considered.
You should be able to articulate how the BDR role has evolved to incorporate AI and automation, value-based selling, and a strong focus on customer-centricity, personalization, and ROI demonstration.
Additionally, you should be proficient in discussing sales enablement tools and advocating for warm outbound strategies across email, social media, and outbound calling, ideally supported by your resume and past campaign successes.

Core Responsibilities:
- Execute Warm Outbound Strategies: Conduct warm outbound outreach across various channels, including email, social media, and outbound calling.
- Implement Value-Based Selling: Apply value-based selling strategies with a focus on customer centricity, personalization, and demonstrating clear ROI.
- Utilize Sales Enablement Tools: Proficiently use and advocate for Sales Enablement Tools to support and optimize sales efforts.
- Leverage AI and Automation: Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes within the BDR role.
- Administer SalesLoft: Build cadences, configure the dialer, and manage email and SMS functions within SalesLoft to support BDR activities.
- Provide Reports on BDR Activities: Generate and deliver reports on all BDR activities and progress using the reporting features in SalesLoft and HubSpot.
