Demand Generation Manager
Gotransverse is seeking an innovative and highly collaborative Demand Generation Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll develop a strategy that focuses on crafting and executing outbound, ABM, and inbound campaigns with the objective of generating a high-quality sales pipeline that will ultimately contribute to revenue growth.
A successful candidate possesses a deep understanding of what makes an effective marketing campaign, how to message it across the marketing mix, and which integrated activities will drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Work with marketing leadership to build a demand generation marketing program strategy that supports key business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive B2B demand generation, multi-channel strategies covering the entire marketing and sales funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF), including awareness, lead generation, and nurture campaigns.
- Work with Marketing Operations to convert inbound website traffic to leads
- Own the execution on a diverse set of email campaigns with a mix of evergreen, experimental, product, and ad-hoc programs.
- Build, own and mature ABM program.
- Establish offsite lead generation channels, such as 3rd-party advertising partners and paid acquisition programs.
- Ensure integrated marketing campaigns across all channels - digital, email, social media, events, and content marketing.
- Work with Product Marketing to create compelling and consistent messaging for campaigns.
- Maintain a feedback loop with sales to optimize campaigns, align messaging, and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration.
- Analyze, report, and optimize demand generation programs based on ROI and sales effectiveness.
Experience/Skills Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or lead generation, including full-funnel strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with experience in target audience segmentation, buyer personas, and buyer journey mapping.
- 1-2 years of experience in ABM.
- Proven track record of delivering highly engaging marketing experiences across channels and to diverse audience segments.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Excellent grasp of marketing automation and experience with marketing automation software – Pardot highly preferred.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing and the associated tools and platforms – 6sense highly preferred.
- Experience with PPC, display, and paid social advertising as part of a comprehensive marketing campaign.
- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
