Global Technical Support Manager

Gotransverse is seeking someone exceptional to lead our global Technical Support team. The expectation for this role is growing our team of motivated Support Engineers and solving customer issues. You will be on the frontlines with our customers, foundational to their ongoing success by solving any issues they have promptly and with exceptional service. You will be leading a growing global team. You will be responsible for all of our customers’ overall satisfaction. Agility, enthusiasm, sharp problem-solving skills and a team-player mindset are critical.

You will get trained and equipped with knowledge to ensure a good understanding of one of the most advanced cloud billing platforms - Gotransverse.

The day to day (responsibilities):

  • Direct the global Support Team and develop best practices for Support
  • Provide direct customer support for all Gotransverse customers
  • Use expanding knowledge of your customers and Transverse software to support objectives and add value
  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding for customer concerns
  • Clearly document and resolve product / support issues with root cause analysis reports
  • Document ideas for continued improvements to internal systems and products
  • Create standard processes for the Support team
  • Drive incident short- and long-term solutions
  • Contribute to team training materials and knowledge base resources
  • Be willing to raise your hand to help with the unexpected

Desired Skills and Experience (what you bring):

  • Outstanding customer relationship skills
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in software support
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in managing software support teams
  • Experience with SaaS implementations and agile environments
  • Thirst for knowledge and the ability to think independently and self-direct
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and loyal team player
  • General finance and accounting knowledge
  • Passion for technology
