Marketing Operations Manager

Gotransverse is looking for a highly skilled, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team and help guide the business with performance insights. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and strategically building our martech stack in support of pipeline growth.

A successful candidate is excited at the opportunity to own our operational systems and play a critical role in taking our marketing initiatives to the next level. Experience with 6sense and Pardot are must haves. This role reports to the VP Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to build the marketing data infrastructure needed to enable Gotransverse’s best operational business decisions.
  • Own and manage lead generation systems and processes including lead scoring, data quality, handoff SLAs, reporting on MQL/SQL, lead to opportunity conversions, etc.
  • Drive business impact by proactively analyzing and advising on marketing funnel, demand generation and campaign performance to continuously drive incremental improvements to key metrics (e.g. impressions, CTC, sign-up/conversion rates, marketing influence & ROI, etc.)
  • Monitor, measure, and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to deliver the highest quality of leads to sales - report on the pipeline with a keen understanding of lead flow and available levers to inform strategic decisions with each stakeholder.
  • Be the subject matter expert and power user for marketing software and platforms to ensure they are effective, and teams are leveraging them to the fullest potential.
  • Own the marketing technology roadmap. Act as the main point of contact for the marketing technology stack vendors, reporting, data quality, validation rules, data governance, and maintenance.
  • Establish and execute regular reporting of key marketing metrics across demand generation programs, marketing influence/attribution and account-based marketing campaigns.

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • 4-5 years in marketing operations at a SaaS company.
  • 2-3 years of experience with 6sense and Pardot (Campaign, Landing pages, Email Automation, UTM Tracking).
  • Proficient user of Salesforce, including automation rules and triggers.
  • Technical experience with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Experience with database hygiene and excellence, such as segmentation and measurement.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop and execute marketing strategies that support business goals.
