Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing SaaS company. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the messaging, positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies for our products. Work location will be hybrid remote with primary in our downtown global headquarters in Austin, Texas.

In the Product Marketing Manager role, you will:

  • Increase Product Preference and Demand:
    • Identify and execute activities to increase preference, demand, and sales opportunities for our product offerings.
    • Develop and improve Product Marketing Function processes and ways of working.
    • Support and enhance the usage of our solutions and product adoption.
    • You must have deep experience in building ICPs and Personas.
  • Support Internal Teams:
    • Assist Sales, Customer Success, Account Managers, and onboarding teams to successfully communicate and sell our products and solutions.
    • Develop customer-centric product positioning and messaging that articulates our product value and supports customers throughout their journey.
  • Market and Customer Analysis:
    • Develop customer segments and user personas.
    • Create compelling launches of new products and features to generate product interest and adoption.
    • Understand buyer needs and promote our solutions to them.
    • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to guide marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Manage end-to-end go-to-market plans, working with cross-functional teams to increase impact and outcome.
    • Analyze market and competitive trends and translate data into effective product messaging.
  • Performance Management:
    • Manage KPIs to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
    • Set and ensure the right metrics and KPIs are in place to effectively evaluate success.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on metrics and their impact on business goals.

Who you are:

  • Experienced (3 - 5 years) in product marketing within the SaaS industry.
  • Skilled at engaging and building trust with internal teams and leaders.
  • Effective at prioritizing tasks and responsibilities across projects.
  • Knowledgeable in driving SaaS product marketing.
  • Able to lead cross-functional projects with collaboration from other teams (may include multiple regions).
  • Proficient in executing modern digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Creative and passionate about developing innovative go-to-market programs.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Adept at content production and copywriting.
  • Motivated to drive, inspire, and engage those around you.
