Senior Documentation Developer

Specifically, you will:

  • Plan and manage documentation tasks within an iterative development cycle
  • Participate in and contribute to iterative development meetings on a daily basis
  • Design and develop documentation that helps customers learn how to use the product and solve problems
  • Continuously improve the quality of existing documentation by making architectural and content changes
  • Evaluate and respond to feedback on documentation from engineers, support staff, internal users, and customers
  • Assist support staff with documentation issues reported by customers
  • Influence and contribute to the design of product platform such as UI
  • Head initiatives to boost sales, satisfy customers, and better user experience
  • Assist in the development of product training material


  • 3+ years Technical Writing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical communication, English, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong drive and passion to create clear, accurate, and engaging online content
  • Desire for continuous learning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Experience with MadCap Flare
  • Product documentation experience
  • Experience using version control tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using HTML and CSS
