Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for and evangelist of our award-winning intelligent billing and dynamic monetization platform. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging, positioning, and content needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Clarify and define product messaging and positioning
  • Master our products, segmentation, and competitive landscape
  • Manage communications and relationships with Analysts across our industry
  • Develop key sales, customer marketing, and partner enablement tools
  • Partner with product management, sales, and customer success to provide significant input into product roadmaps and other marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering on timescales, long-term vision for the development of new features
  • Own the content marketing approach to encompass white papers, e-books, webinars, videos, infographics, case studies, blogs, and events

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in a product marketing or product management role in a software company
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — there is a heavy amount of content creation, clearly conveying product value, gathering data for reports, and presenting/selling ideas to leadership
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity; this role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and collaboration/CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of marketing best practices – messaging, positioning, content, demand generation, digital programs, marketing automation programs, campaign strategy
  • Preferably experience working at a SaaS, Software, or Finance-focused company
