Senior Solution Architect

Gotransverse is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for our fast-growing SaaS Billing and Revenue Management solution. This is a critical role in translating our customer’s business needs into a comprehensive design using detailed industry knowledge and ability to develop and implement best practices that fit into the end-to-end architecture of the customers software ecosystem.

This is a hybrid position, working both remotely and in the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering the end-to-end solution design.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to implementation teams, ensuring best practices are followed and technical standards are upheld.
  • Work closely with the project manager, and other technical resources, to provide the technical vision and direction for customer projects and act as a liaison to the customer's technical team, the Gotransverse implementation team, and other Gotransverse departments.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed architecture documentation, including design specifications, system diagrams, and integration plans.
  • Gather and document user stories and requirements to design, develop, and implement outstanding solutions to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Support the customer through the implementation lifecycle – from initial kick off through the deployment and go-live of the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate on several, concurrent projects, which could include design, coordinating new releases, or documenting projects.
  • Be a subject matter expert in subscription billing and revenue management.
  • Utilize your excellent problem-solving skills to meet business requirements with technical solutions.
  • Assist in defining, prioritizing, and advocating for product changes and managing the task through the lifecycle.
  • Work with sales engineering on the viability and planning of customer engagements.
  • Some travel required.

Requirements snapshot (what you bring):

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, accounting or a related major.
  • Experience leading Enterprise level software implementation projects of a highly complex nature.
  • Experience in Billing, Revenue Management, Accounting, or Finance Applications.
  • Experience with SaaS environments.
  • Ability to accurately scope, plan, and estimate level of effort for tasks, with appropriate balance of risk and effort.
  • Experience in Project Management with highly complex projects and solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter that is highly motivated by customer success that is willing to be hands on to get the job done.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills.
