Bernd Schmielau is the co-founder, Executive Chairman of the Board, and CEO of Gotransverse, bringing over 30 years of executive leadership in customer-focused enterprise companies, corporate law, and strategic investment.

With a law degree from the University of Hamburg, Bernd’s career began in retail, where his commitment to customer success quickly advanced him into roles in corporate law and high-impact investments across technology, real estate, food, and media sectors.

He has founded and continues to guide multiple thriving startups and has a proven track record of scaling businesses to deliver long-term profitability.

As CEO of Gotransverse, Bernd channels his extensive knowledge of corporate governance and strategic investment to drive innovation in cloud-based monetization.

In his long term role as the Chairman of the Board he catalyzed Gotransverse’s prominence within the SaaS monetization landscape, making it a trusted partner for global enterprises seeking agile, scalable monetization solutions.

Known for his forward-thinking approach, Bernd’s unwavering dedication to customer success and operational excellence continues to guide Gotransverse’s growth and evolution in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Sean Daniel serves as Chief Financial Officer and President of Gotransverse, where he leads finance, people operations, IT, legal, compliance, and security. With over 25 years of experience in finance and operations, Sean specializes in aligning strategy, managing complex business analysis, and driving operational excellence.

Prior to joining Gotransverse, Sean held leadership positions at Upland Software, Dell, and Continental Airlines, where he developed expertise in M&A integrations, business process improvement, and product lifecycle management. Sean’s leadership is rooted in his ability to build cross-functional alignment, optimize business systems, and foster high-performing teams. His extensive industry experiences span SaaS, hi-tech, and logistics, making him a vital driver of Gotransverse’s operational maturity and market success.

Sean earned a B.A. in Business from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, live music, and outdoor activities with his family and friends.

Geoff Coleman is a veteran of the billing industry with over 30 years of experience applying technology to solve complex business challenges. Since joining Gotransverse in 2012, Geoff has played a pivotal role in shaping the product’s vision, guiding it to be an industry leader.

As Chief Product Officer, he oversees product management, architecture, and engineering teams, ensuring the platform’s scalability and market readiness. Prior to Gotransverse, Geoff was AVP for Comverse Technologies, where he led the Product Management team in creating and launching Comverse ONE, a solution acquired by Amdocs. His expertise and dedication have supported Gotransverse’s expansion in platform capabilities and enterprise reach. Beyond the office, Geoff remains active in the billing community as a trusted advisor and speaker, known for his dedication to driving industry innovation.

Ross Binkley is the Chief Solutions Officer at Gotransverse; he oversees Sales Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Implementation teams. With a focus on delivering value-driven solutions, Ross ensures seamless collaboration between sales and delivery functions to meet and exceed client expectations.

Over the past eight years at Gotransverse, Ross has been instrumental in leading and transforming the Professional Services and Implementation divisions. He has spearheaded the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects, driving operational excellence and fostering client partnerships. His leadership has resulted in scalable processes, outstanding customer satisfaction, and consistent achievement of business objectives.

In addition to his work at Gotransverse, Ross brings over a decade of experience in strategic program management, IT portfolio oversight, and operational leadership. His expertise spans eBusiness strategy, program execution, and digital transformations.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas, where he was also a 3-time NCAA national championship swimmer. His leadership philosophy centers on innovation and collaboration, and delivering tangible value to clients and stakeholders.

Dmitrii Yermiichuk serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Gotransverse, where he leads software development efforts with a focus on scalable and reliable billing solutions. Dmitrii brings over fifteen years of experience in software and management, having developed and led engineering teams across industries, including financial services, telecom, and online education.

His career highlights include successfully transforming engineering practices at Gotransverse, introducing Agile and CI/CD frameworks, and scaling systems to support high transaction volumes with cost-efficiency. Known for his strategic approach to people management, Dmitrii has a proven record of building high-performing, globally distributed teams and optimizing software architectures for peak efficiency.

As Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Gotransverse, Michael leverages over two decades of expertise in SaaS and enterprise technology to guide his team in delivering powerful billing and revenue management solutions. Known for his commitment to driving value, he focuses on aligning Gotransverse’s offerings with the unique needs of clients to support them in monetizing new revenue streams and scaling efficiently in the cloud.

Prior to joining Gotransverse, Michael managed territory sales teams across 18 states for Konica Minolta. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a product manager and software support manager at Electronic Arts and in executive roles in multiple technology startups. His extensive industry experience spans product management, software support, marketing, and sales.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, supporting the Texas Longhorns, and spending time with his family.

Patricia Terrazas joined Gotransverse in October 2024 as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, bringing over 20 years of leadership in management consulting and enterprise technology.

Patricia’s experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, from technology to financial services, where she has developed a collaborative and results-oriented approach to partnership management.

Her guiding principle is that partnerships are built on trust and mutual goals—values she applies in every engagement, from partner-sourced revenue to customer success. With a proven record in fostering collaboration and delivering results, Patricia is excited to lead growth initiatives that empower Gotransverse and its partners to succeed.

Patricia holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family and dedicating her time and talent to her church.

Henryk Schmielau joined Gotransverse in October 2022, and immediately established himself as a leader in customer success and technical support. Prior to his role at Gotransverse, Henryk earned a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Western University, and an M.Sc. from Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.

His studies and his career took him to Canada, Hong Kong, and Germany; he worked as a Business Development Analyst, Project Manager, and Strategy & Governance before moving into Customer Success.

As the Senior Director of Customer Success, then Head of Customer Success, Henryk's responsibilities mirror his current role: leading the customer success team, building strong relationships, improving Gotransverse’s operational maturity.

Henryk's global experience, educational background, and passion have allowed him to understand customer needs and work collaboratively to resolve issues with unparalleled precision. Outside of work, Henryk enjoys live music and football. He is also an avid cyclist. His crowning achievement: cycling 340 km (211 miles) in a single day, in just 16 hours!

His commitment to professional and personal pursuits reflects a holistic approach to life—a driving reason, and model example, for recruitment, stay, and continued promotion at Gotransverse.

Meredith Zimmerman serves as the Head of People Operations and Development at Gotransverse, leading the company's human resources strategy and initiatives. With extensive experience across technology organizations, she has held roles as an HR generalist, business partner, and manager, bringing a wealth of expertise to her position. Prior to Gotransverse, Meredith was a key contributor at Finnish SaaS company M-Files, where she focused on retention, leadership development, and fostering a culture of accountability as a strategic partner on all people-related matters.

Meredith is dual-certified in HR (SHRM-CP and PHR) and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. She is also pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations at Penn State University.

Danny Maddox brings over two decades of experience in revenue operations, B2B marketing, and business development. With a strong foundation in both strategy and technology, he has helped drive significant growth for startups and established companies alike, contributing to five successful acquisitions and managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls.

Danny’s career began as a full-stack developer, giving him a unique edge in aligning sales, marketing, and IT. He has led large-scale go-to-market efforts, built high-performance teams, and implemented complex SaaS integrations across platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.

Before joining Gotransverse, Danny served as Chief Marketing Officer for CareerLearning, where he oversaw eight-figure annual revenues and helped deliver the company’s highest-performing year in its history.

An avid learner with 40+ certifications in leading platforms, Danny combines technical know-how with strategic insight to accelerate growth and scale operations.
