New President, Michael Beamer
I want to welcome former National Instruments Corp (Nasdaq: NATI) executive Michael Beamer as President. A 23-year technology and business leader with a proven track record of helping build companies for scale, we are proud to have Mike on the Gotransverse team. He will be leveraging his expertise in building and managing global software development teams to lead our company’s focus on extending the TRACT® platform’s functionality for our clients.
Customer Successes
Hemisphere GNSS, the leading provider of high-performance satellite positioning products for markets such as marine, survey, construction, and agricultural industries, recently launched Atlas™ GNSS. Atlas is the most flexible service on the market, delivering its correction signals via L-Band satellites or over the Internet at accuracies ranging from meter to sub-decimeter levels. This service is not only disrupting entrenched hardware suppliers, but satisfying customer demand for high-accuracy global corrections with pay-as-you-consume pricing driving little to no impact on operation budgets. Congratulations!
We are also proud to have been selected as the billing platform provider for LiveU Inc., the leader in portable live video acquisition, contribution and management solutions. LiveU produces technology for television broadcasters to enable live video links via wireless cellular networks. They are adding IoT subscription and usage-based offerings to their traditional hardware business, with TRACT® as the behind-the-scenes powerhouse.
New Partner: MatrixIntel
We are expanding our partner ecosystem to include billing experts, MatrixIntel. Bringing another 100-years of billing expertise to our Gotransverse family, MatrixIntel is a provider of technology strategy consulting, solutions development and delivery services. More to come on this partnership later this summer.

Gotransverse was honored as a finalist for the 2015 Pipeline Award for Innovation. “The Pipeline Innovation Awards showcases the very latest in technical innovations and this year was no exception,” said Scott St. John, Executive Editor of Pipeline. “TRACT® by Gotransverse illustrated sophisticated features to manage usage-based billing and revenue recognition process, but stood out as a result of its extensive interoperability and innovation.”

TRACT® Summer ’15 Release
Speaking of product development, we recently announced the TRACT® Summer ’15 release. This release focused on global extensibility and functionality, eliminating the need for packaging work-arounds and making it easier for organizations doing business across multiple countries.
