For many of us, summertime is synonymous with travel. Whether you’re headed to the beach, the mountains or even just to Grandma’s house, summertime is the perfect time to see something new.
And here at Gotransverse, we’re thrilled to announce that we are headed to Australia, the home of one of our newest customers, Telstra-owned Belong, a mobile and broadband digital connectivity services. Demand for telecommunications services across Australia has been growing consistently and significantly, and Belong’s goal is to provide superior services at competitive prices.
As demand has grown, Belong has begun expanding its services to meet customer needs and demands and improve the user experience. One of the highlights of that expansion is a self-service portal that empowers customers to manage their own subscriptions. But with that incredible growth comes the need for more sophisticated systems to maintain their user-friendly billing options. Having to manually activate new services for consumer and commercial customers is time-consuming and inefficient, and as Belong adds new services they need a more flexible, sophisticated system to handle all their transactions.
Here at Gotransverse, we were happy to get on board!
Our job is to help Belong automate customer billing, enabling them to quickly offer new products into the market. Our goal is to empower Belong to deliver new mobile and broadband services quickly and efficiently, enabling them to allow customers to manage their accounts online, activate new services using automated provisioning systems and so much more.
We promise to enhance the customer experience, simplify billing, streamline financial processes and deliver the detailed fiscal data needed for analytics and revenue recognition. One of the ways we do that is by integrating seamlessly with Belong’s existing front- and back-office systems, including Salesforce, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and SAP.
