We are honored to be the only company to receive awards in all three categories, and we’re humbled to be included among so many incredible Austin businesses on each list. Austin is a vibrant business community—we’re constantly inspired by our innovative peers here in the capital city—and in these past years of continuous upheaval, the recognition is a powerful validation of Gotransverse’s significant, ongoing investments in company culture.
Built In, a platform dedicated to empowering technology professionals to find opportunities at companies whose values they share, determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm that uses company data about compensation, benefits, and companywide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and other people-first cultural offerings.
This is the second year in a row that Built In has recognized Gotransverse — we were also honored as one of Best Midsize Companies in 2021 — and we are thrilled to be back on their lists for 2022, as inclusion both highlights what we’re doing well and helps us keep doing it.
