We were honored to wrap up 2020 on the Austin American Statesman’s Top Workplaces 2020 list. We are also thrilled to share that 2021 is off to an equally auspicious start, as Built In Austin, the hub for Austin tech and startups, has named Gotransverse one of its 2021 Best Places to Work for midsize companies.

Winners of these annual awards are determined based on an algorithm that uses company data about compensation, benefits, and cultural programs to identify which companies possess the essential attributes sought after by candidates. This year, to capture the cultural and societal issues top of mind for job seekers, the program weighted criteria like remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion more heavily than in recent years.

Without our world-class team, we know that nothing we have achieved or will achieve would ever be possible. So, we pride ourselves on championing a business plan and a company culture that put people first.
