“The market for subscription billing and monetization technology continues to heat up, and this new leadership team gives us a competitive edge as we continue to improve our intelligent billing platform. The strategic strength of any organization resides in its people, and we have assembled a world-class team who understands billing technology and how to devise solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.” - James Messer, Founder and CEO, Gotransverse
This summer has seen some big changes in our senior leadership team as a Gotransverse veteran stepped into a newly created C-suite role, a VP stepped up to fill his shoes, and we welcomed two brand new directors to the Gotransverse family.
A New Role for Gotransverse and Geoff Coleman
Geoff Coleman transitioned from his role as chief operating officer into the new role of chief product officer, where he is the strategic leader and product visionary as we continue evolving the Gotransverse billing platform to provide the highest level of value and functionality to our customers.
Coleman has been with Gotransverse for more than eight years, and he brings more than two decades of experience in billing technology. Prior to joining us as the VP of Product Strategy and Management in 2012, Coleman was Associate Vice President for Business Support Service product offerings at Comverse. Coleman led Product Management through the creation and market introduction of Comverse ONE. Prior to Comverse, Geoff led product management for RateIntegration, now Sixth Sense Media, a provider of real-time mobile marketing, loyalty, and advertising solutions.
Brian Rohde Moves Into the C-Suite
Brian Rohde has been with Gotransverse for nearly six years, starting as a senior director of customer success and implementation before becoming VP of Customer Success and, now, moving into the c-suite as Chief Operating Officer. Rohde will be tasked with ensuring the Gotransverse platform remains a leader in the billing management market, and there’s no doubt he’s up to the task.
Rohde has 15 years of experience in customer success, solution design, architecture, business analysis, and technical design that make him a powerful advocate for our customers, enabling him to deliver solutions that meet both their current and future needs.
Welcoming Eric McCraw and Jay Irion
Finally, we welcomed two new leaders to Gotransverse this summer:
Eric McCraw, our new Director of SaaS operations, brings to Gotransverse a passion for technology and a for enabling business success and agility through technical innovation. With two decades of experience at National Instruments prior to joining Gotransverse, McCraw has a track record of building and growing high-functioning technical teams and managing large, complex infrastructure environments.
Jay Irion, who has joined us as Director of Product Management, has more than ten years of experience in product management, including at both Dell and General Motors. He’s a versatile senior technology leader with exceptional collaboration proficiency across global technology, design, and business teams, with a knack for planning, delivering, and evolving world-class, diverse, and valuable technology solutions for customers and businesses.
We’re thrilled to welcome Coleman and Rohde into their new roles and to welcome McCraw and Irion to the Gotransverse team. If there’s one thing we know has made Gotransverse the market leader it is today (not to mention one of Austin’s top workplaces), it’s our team. The work we do to provide cloud-based, intelligent billing systems to some of the world’s top companies isn’t easy, but we’re fortunate that our team shares an unwavering dedication to our mission, and we know all four of these leaders will embrace their new roles and help Gotransverse continue to achieve great things.
