At Gotransverse we know that, as businesses and individuals, our networks make us stronger. That’s why we’ve invested so much time and energy into building our ecosystem, creating partnerships and integrations twith powerful platforms like Snowflake, Workday, Salesforce, MATRIXX and more. These relationships give us the ability to go even further in helping our customers implement our agile billing platform amid their quote-to-cash digital transformation and solve their most pressing business problems on the path to incredible growth.

Now, we’re thrilled to be growing our ecosystem even further by joining TM Forum, a non-profit global industry association dedicated to driving digital business transformation in the communications industry through collaboration.

What Is TM Forum?

TM Forum is a global alliance of more than 850 companies collaborating to break down technological and cultural barriers between digital service providers, technology suppliers, consultants, and systems integrators. According to their website:

“Our work is defined by our members, which include 10 of the world’s top 10 network and communications providers and stretch across 180 countries. Our members tap into each other’s collective experiences and abilities to collaboratively solve complex industry-wide challenges, deploy new services and create technology breakthroughs to accelerate change.

“We help communications service providers (CSPs) and their suppliers to digitally transform and thrive in the digital era. We do this by providing an open, collaborative environment and practical support which enables CSPs and suppliers to rapidly transform their business operations, IT systems and ecosystems to capitalize on the opportunities presented in a rapidly evolving digital world.”

TM Forum nurtures collaboration to solve the problems of digital transformation, supporting Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and their suppliers as they navigate the journey, leveraging collective experience to overcome hurdles, and accelerating innovation.

How Will Gotransverse Participate?

In joining TM Forum, Gotransverse is partnering with 850 technology innovators and digital and communications service providers, including Verizon, Ericsson, Nokia, Accenture, Deloitte, Telefonica, and VMware, to name a few. We are eager to learn from these businesses, and we look forward to contributing to TM Forum’s Open Digital Framework by sharing our team’s expertise in scalable, intelligent billing systems as a pivotal part of CSPs BSS stack.

Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances Mark Swanholm speaks for the whole Gotransverse team when he expresses how thrilled we are to be a part of this network:

“True digital transformation requires collaboration, especially when you are dealing with emerging technologies such as 5G that require a complete digital ecosystem. Participating in TM Forum offers a chance to share ideas and develop new solutions for our customers’ business problems. Working with other industry leaders that are also shaping digital transformation makes it easier to come together around game-changing solutions.” - Mark Swanholm, Vice President of Partnerships and Alliances, Gotransverse.

From Day 1 Gotransverse is going deep with TM Forum by participating in the TM Forum Catalyst Program. “Catalysts” are fast-paced proof-of-concept projects on which large and small companies collaborate to create innovative solutions to challenges plaguing communications services providers. Our team will be working with Salesforce, Matrixx, and Mirakl to develop a new solution for 5G marketplaces targeting B2B2X, with a demonstration planned for the TM Forum Digital Transformation World Series this fall.

Stay tuned to learn more about Gotransverse’s Catalyst project sponsored by Verizon and M1 and our involvement in TM Forum.
