As we have dealt with the upheavals and uncertainty of the last two years, we are infinitely grateful that we did so with tenacity, flexibility, and camaraderie that led Gotransverse through the difficult challenges caused by the pandemic. And those same values that, against all odds, turned 2020 into a banner year which empowered our team to outdo itself in 2021. This has been another year of incredible growth, and I want to take a moment to reflect on some of our biggest achievements before we turn our sights to 2022.

First, I want to express my unwavering gratitude to the entire Gotransverse team. As we began the year remotely, I continued to be amazed at how effectively and cohesively you all were able to operate despite the physical separations. And as we began moving back into our beloved offices during the spring and summer, you took the joys and challenges of a hybrid work model in stride; maintaining the same productivity, energy, and collaborative spirit that have kept Gotransverse going all along.

And speaking of our team, this summer saw some exciting leadership changes in the Gotransverse family as Geoff Coleman transitioned from his role as Chief Operating Officer into the newly created role of Chief Product Officer. Another Gotransverse veteran, Brian Rhode, began as our new Chief Operating Officer. We also welcomed three new leaders this summer: Eric McCraw joined as our new Director of SaaS Operations, Jay Irion joined as Director of Product Management, and Lara Kennedy as new Director of Marketing.

All in all, the hard work of our leadership and the entire team earned Gotransverse several awards and recognitions. We are incredibly proud to announce the following:

And, perhaps the most significant honor of the year, we won the TM Forum Catalyst award with our project, Supercharge 5G Monetization with a B2B2X Marketplace, created in conjunction with team members from Salesforce, Verizon, M1 Limited, Matrixx, and Mirakl. To be named a winner in this competition is a true achievement and a powerful validation of our expertise in leading our clients into the future of intelligent billing, and we are incredibly proud of our team. It has been truly inspiring to work with these leaders to design a catalyst project that we know will have a powerful impact on CSPs and their customers.

Overall, 2021 has been another incredible year for Gotransverse, and we couldn't be prouder of all we've accomplished. We are honored, year after year, to be the leading intelligent billing platform on the market. This would not be possible without our talented team, our incredible customers, and the opportunities we’ve had to partner with so many fantastic organizations and individuals. Our top success metric here at Gotransverse is our customers’ success, and we are grateful to each of you for letting us be a part of that.

So, as we reflect on this past year, we are filled with gratitude and elation. From new partnerships to the continued support of longstanding colleagues, we would not be where we are today without our valued customers and partners. The end of the year is a time of year for remembrance. Let us take stock of where we came from, and have a moment to think about where we are going, as we pursue the future with hope and happiness.

From all of us at Gotransverse, we wish you peace, love, and joy this holiday season and throughout 2022.

Have a safe, healthy, and Happy New Year!
